Tracy is the fearless leader of Pangea Dreams retreats, empowering women to embrace their passions, learn the skills to create a sustainable business, and positively impact their community. Tracy is a startup consultant, photographer and branding expert, who knows what it takes to excel as a female entrepreneur. She brings her experience and knowledge to women who are ready to live the life of their dreams and connect to other women with fierce, entrepreneurial ambition. Tracy isn’t just teaching women to grow their business, she’s creating a global community of thought leaders who are lifting each other up through education, empowerment and collaboration.

LAUREN PELKEY

Lauren is an award-nominated travel blogger and an alumna of the first-ever Pangea Dreams Retreat in February 2017. Prior to her career in the travel industry, Lauren studied copywriting & marketing and worked in e-commerce fashion. She is now the Chief Operating Officer at Pangea Dreams and also teaches her skills in SEO and blogging strategies as a Retreat Leader. Lauren is also the founder of Wanderluluu, a travel blog focusing on Colombia Travel.

MOLLIE BROWN

Mollie is a Toronto-based journalist, content creator, and social media manager. She was first introduced to Pangea Dreams when she interned for Tracy on a content creation trip to Iceland in 2016. She is a PD alumna, having attended the Bali 2018 Retreat and is happiest when #chasingthesun.

Montelle is a personal brand coach, solo travel blogger and Pangea Dreams Trip Leader. In sharing her travel experiences and personal growth tips she has inspired thousands of women around the world and transformed what was once a hobby into a powerful brand. She takes a ‘no excuses’ approach to empowering female entrepreneurs to tap into their unique abilities, develop their online presence and build an impactful tribe. Through her coaching, workshops and online content, Montelle provides actionable steps that help you break down limiting beliefs and go after the life you’ve always dreamed of.

KRYSTAL GOODE

Krystal hails from the Land Down Under and is a PD alumna, having attended the Bali 2018 Retreat & the first-ever Alumni Retreat in Costa Rica 2019! She has an extensive background in management & leading large teams with a huge passion for personal growth & helping others reach their goals. Recently, she made the tough decision to leave her management career to forge her own path. Krystal looks forward to meeting & creating lifelong connections with all the wonderful women on the retreats & helping them to understand & reach their goals.
